netsuite 2025.2 upgrade windows 7 browsers facing issue

Hello Everyone,

I want to inform you that since yesterday, after upgrading to the 2025.2 Release Preview, our applications are not working properly on Windows 7. The logo is completely overlapping content while pages are loading, and several buttons are missing.

I’ve tried the usual fixes — refreshing the page, logging out and in, clearing the cache — but the issue persists on Windows 7. I also tested in another browser (Mozilla), but that did not help either.

Could we please look into this and find a solution?
