Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Customer Access Email - Is there a way to build as an Entity Email Template (Not System Template)
We continually have customers that claim they never received our access email. We cannot prove the system actually sent the access email since it doesn't show in the sent email logs or the communication tab. Often we try to resend it, and still they claim they never receive it.
I want to build an email template that we can send from the customer's record as a normal entity email template but provide a link to create their password. Is this possible? I tried a few things but my attempts have failed.
The only other way I know to help them is to have the go to the website and click "Forgot Password" to try and get one setup for their customer account. I do not want to set manual passwords for customers.
