Philippines User can barely use or access NetSuite
Hi all,
One of my users who works from the Philippines is struggling to use and access NetSuite for the last 2 days. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?
He is using Edge which straight up doesn't work and is attempting to use Chrome with minimal success and very slow performance. The rest of us in the UK use Edge and are having no issues with also the same Roles and Permissions.
The script error below is from a very robust bundle, I've never had any issue with it before.
I've asked him to try using a VPN to see if that makes any difference.
