How do I get my scheduled workflow to email based off of saved search results?

Hi all,

So I've built a transaction saved search that picks up any purchase orders where the due date is 2 days ago, this is returning results as expected.

I then have a workflow that will run using this search every day but am currently executing it manually.

I can see that the workflow is triggering on the record, but I'm not getting an email. Have I set something up incorrectly here?
I know that usually an email action has to be after submit (tried this, no change) and this is scheduled, is that what's wrong?
