Certify E-Document

Hi All,

We are process of testing e-invoicing for one of our malaysia client, we are testing in sandbox. We were successfully able to genrate the e-dcoument, but when we want the cetify e-document we are getting this error

"Error on certification: Document started processing; There was some problem while processing the document"

Could anyone please let us know what is the reason for this error?
