Approvals, Advanced Approvals, SuiteApprovals ?

I am trying to use the 'Vendor Message' box on the PO form - this is not something I have been aware of previously, but just seen a video of someone using it to send chaser emails to a Vendor:

As soon as I tick the 'To Be Emailed' box I get this error:

Searching online, it suggests I need to:

But I can't see any Email Approval options in my approval workflow:

This page: NetSuite Applications Suite - Setting Up Email Approval Preferences shows: Setup > Approval Process Manager > Preferences. But I don't have Approval Process Manager in my system (which I believe relates to 'SuiteApprovals' which I don't think we have installed).
