Error on fixed asset transfer for a non one world account.

Hello Gurus,

I am facing this error when creating a fixed asset transfer

FEATURE_DISABLED: The feature 'Subsidiaries' required to access this page is not enabled in this account.

This is strange as it been working fine. The error doesnt even make sense as this is not a one world account. The only change has been a recent upgrade. Anyone else facing this issue? and how do have you resolved it?
