Does netsuite lack support for importing chas-sale/refund transaction via csv?

I do not get this done.
All mapping seems ok, but in the tax dropdown on the line level, I see no tax groups, only tax European tax codes.
Canadian tax codes and groups are set up correctly.
Editing a transaction via the UI works fine.
But CSV seems not possible
