A scheduled script saving a Revenue Arrangement throws creation type percent error

The error thrown:

THE_CREATION_TYPE_PROJECT_PROGRESS_REQUIRES_THE_EVENTPERCENT_COMPLETE_AMOUNT_SOURCE_CHANGE_EITHER_THE_CREATION_TYPE_OR_THE_AMOUNT_SOURCE_TO_THE_CORRECT_VALUE

I can't find any documentation on this error code. How to resolve?
