How to Receive Data from NetSuite on Record Changes

Hi All,

I have a requirement where our system needs to receive data from NetSuite in real time. Specifically, whenever a record is created or updated in NetSuite, the data should be sent to our system via an API request.

Is there a native webhook functionality available in NetSuite to support this?
If not, what are the possible options to implement this kind of integration?

kindly provide some examples if possible.
