UPS OAuth 2.0 Authentication continues to show WARNING message

I make a comment in a similar question but i haven't hear anything yet.

So, we are in the same situation, we have re-registered 3 times and still the Warning that you need to re-register still appear. We only have one UPS account. We are getting really nervous because our update will be this weekend.
