Document Status In Workflows

Hi Community,

I am using NS OneOneWorld, I have a workflow for approving Employee Advances which does not change the status of the document as it moves through the workflow stages, even after all aproval levels, the Status steal reads as Open. What could be the issue? Is it the workflow configuration or does this have something to do with some other system set ups?
