Netsuite Reports

Hi Team,

Customer is undergoing SOX Compliance. Just wanted to confirm if standard NS reports are not impacted by NS system version upgrades, and if so is there a way to tracked the changes?

Second is there a way for a customer to modify source code of these standard reports, i would presume no ability but wanted to get expert advice. Please could anyone confirm.
