Procurement Vs Demand Creation

Hello-

My Boss is looking to be able to measure a metric for Purchased date vs Demand Creation. Basically, he wants to know the variance between when demand was entered for a part vs when Procurement purchased the item.

I have been racking my brain on how I could pull this information off in NS. No such luck. The supply plan that my procurement teams runs doesn't even provide where the source of the demand is. Can anyone help with this??
