Journal Entry Approval Email Notifications Stopped After 11-Oct-2025 Update

Hello NetSuite Community,

We noticed that email notifications for Journal Entry approvals have stopped working from 11th October 2025 onwards. On the same day, NetSuite was updated.

  • Approval workflow is unchanged.
  • Notifications are working for Admin users but not for other roles.

Has anyone else experienced this issue after the 11th Oct update? Any guidance or solution would be greatly appreciated.
