How is the SO Item Expected Ship Date calculated?

We have an item that is partially available to fill a SO from a PO. The SO requires 60. 50 will be available on a PO with expected receipt of 12/1/25. That leaves 10 outstanding with no PO. NetSuite is giving an Expected Ship date for the item on the SO as 12/21/25. ATP for that item is 90 days. I cannot understand where the 12/21/25 Expected Ship Date is being calculated?
