Modifying a sales order to add inventory detail record

We have a warehouse flow that requires the lot number to be specified on the record, and when modifying the sales order via csv, I get an error "You cannot create an inventory detail for this item"

My mapping is set to update/add for transactionns → sales orders

I have a file with the sales order internal ID, a second file with the sales order internal ID and line id, and a third file with line ID, lot internal ID and lot quantity.

What else can I check?
