Can I hide any field from save search result?

Hello,

I don't need any user information in save search. But I want to add user information like user job title, user department in the advanced pdf template while printing the save search. I can add user name, email, phone. But I can not add the job title, user department without save search result.

Is it possible to add more details about user with save search result?
