Revenue by Customer Report not showing revenue adjustments
I have a revenue by customer report that I have used for years. Our auditors use this report for revenue samples and it usually matches the revenue that is posted to the Income statement.
However for the interim testing I ran the report and it does not match what was posted. While drilling into the differences I noticed the following does not show up on the report even though it was posted.
Doesn't the revenue by customer report run off the revenue schedules? Why would these adjustments not show on the report? What might have changed?
The amount does not show up in Nov 2024 either. Thought it was based on the posting period
