Smart Count

in Ask A Guru 4 comments

We have the WMS bundle w/ Smart count and have it installed in our Sandbox. I have gone through all the Pre-requisites and have all the features enabled, preferences set and configuration/saved search set. However when I try to enter a count in the Mobile Emulator, I keep receiving the following error for any item I try to count,

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'setValue'.

Can anyone lead me to what I am missing here?
