OBN SETUP

Hi !

We're French Company, with subsidiairies in Belgium, UK, US, Spain, … We are installing the eInvoice mainly for Belgium that becomes mandatory in January 2026.

We are installing the NSEB (NetSuite Electronic Business) SuiteApp. We have done it on the SandBox, then realized we needed to do it also on the live environment to get the OBN registered.

So… we installed the NSEB on the live environment, then in order to complete the registration, we have been to Setup > Electronic Business > OBN Registration, accepted all (after carefull reading of course), and finally get to the OBN registration form, where you indicate the information (among company info, the OBN Manager), before clicking on the submit button. All is completed… but we get an error message :
