Copy To Account Error

Running Copy To Account from SB to PRD throws an unspecified error every time it's attempted:

"An unexpected error has occurred and there is insufficient information to provide a resolution."

Other searches on this all state specific errors, but not sure how to troubleshoot this one with no specifics.
