Subsidiary > Update Parent Company Name > Unexpected Error
When user tries to update the name of Parent Company subsidiary, system throws an unexpected error.
This issue typically occurs when a Return Email Address is not specified in the subsidiary's record. To resolve this, we need to ensure that a Return Email Address is populated.
To do this, follow the steps below:
- Go to Setup > Company > Company Information
- Look for Return Email Address and add an email in this field.
- Click Save.
After doing the above steps, error will no longer occur.
