Journal Entry was saved using standard posting period even the user selected the adjustment period

Hi Everyone,

The user using custom role cannot save the journal entry with adjustment period selected.

Details:

  1. Journal entry approval workflow is enabled.
  2. Custom role has override period restriction permission .
  3. Fiscal Period: October - September
  4. Posting Periods Setup:

Sep 2025: Start Date - 01/09/2025, End Date - 30/09/2025

Adjust 2025: Start Date - 30/09/2025, End Date - 30/09/2025

Administrator Role can save the journal with adjustment period.
