Email Distribution Lists Setup

We have received email notification from NetSuite on subject: "QA Company will be purged in 0 days" and noticed there are a couple of recipients email addresses that we do not recognize.

This email is from expiryaccount@notification.netsuite.com and sent to a handful of users. I need to find out where are these users are listed or setup within NetSuite to receive the notification. We need to remove a couple of email addresses that should not be there.
