マスタから選択するフィールドの検索・リストの機能

トランザクション＞営業＞注文書を入力　のSales Orderの画面で質問です。

ある子会社では、サブリストのアイテムを選択するときに、リスト選択の▼が下向きの2重矢印になり、リストと検索の機能で、検索、および、アイテムの種類ごとに絞込ができます。

ただし、ある子会社では、この機能が使えません。マスタから選択するフィールドで、リスト及び検索が使える条件などあるのでしょうか？

いまのところ顧客：プロジェクトでは、この機能は使えるようです
