Total Quantity on Sales Order

Hello,

I've a custom field on sales order header called Total Quantity. This is to get the total of line level quantities.

Custom Field Total Quantity -

  1. Label = Total Quantity
  2. Type = Free-Form Text
  3. Store Value = Unchecked
  4. Applies To = Purchase Order and Sales Order
  5. Validation & Defaulting = <need to add saved search under Search field>

Transaction Saved Search - Total Order Qty Search

  1. Search Title = Total Order Qty Search
  2. Public = checked
  3. Available as list view = checked
  4. Available As Sublist view = checked
  5. Criteria -
    1. Filter = [Item : Type = is any of inventory item, assembly]
  6. Results -
    1. Field = Quantity
    2. Summary Type = Sum
    3. Sort By = Quantity
  7. Available Filters -
