Financial Exceptions Management

Hi There

I have been trying to find more information on how to enable the new Financial Exceptions Management (FEM) feature in a NetSuite account.

I can see that other features, such as the prompt studio and text enhancement, are automatically enabled.

I am assuming that maybe FEM is not available in Australia or New Zealand?

The account I am looking at has this in the billable components tab

Is this the same as Financial Exceptions Mangement?

If NetSuite Narrative Reporting is different, how do you access this?
