Sales Tax Is Not Calculated Automatically On Sales Order for new Nexus

Gurus,

We recently added GA as new Nexus (in addition to FL) and can see the GA tax table. However, sales tax is not being calculated for taxable items automatically, and we can't figure out why.

Basic tax setup is as below:

In addition:

Item is taxable

Customer is taxable

Tax Schedule is set to Yes for GA and FL

Subsidiary Nexus has both GA and FL

FL tax is being calculated automatically. What else we might have missed that GA sales tax is not being calculated automatically?
