Issue Posting Backdated Transactions Despite Enabling Preference

Hi Folks,

We are facing an issue where a user is unable to post backdated transactions in the current period. The system is throwing the error mentioned above, even though the “Allow Transaction Date Outside of Posting Period” preference has been enabled in NetSuite.

Could you please advise on the possible reason or resolution for this issue?
