User Specific > Income Statement Report > No Data Available
Concern: Income Statement report returns no data available for a specific user.
Prerequisite:
- Other users with the same role can see the results
- Clearing all the filters in the report did not work
Resolution:
- Administrator will enable "Departments" in "Setup" -> "Company" -> "Enable Features"
- Affected user will execute income statement report and click refresh to apply "-All-" filter on departments.
- Account administrator will disable "Departments" feature after income statement returns data.
Resolution above should be tested first in Sandbox.
