What's the purpose of the To Be Fulfilled column?

Hi all,

When customizing my Sales Order form, I noticed this Sublist Field unchecked.

When I check it, it doesn't appear on my item line columns. I can't see this in my customization list of custom columns anywhere, so I'm assuming it's native NetSuite.

Does anyone know what it's for or why nothing appears on my form when I have it checked?
