Running scripts on a custom form, and specifying script function missing.

edited Nov 14, 2025 6:39PM in Ask A Guru 3 comments

Let me preface this by saying we've been using Netsuite for 17 years, and the product has changed over the years since we implemented it. I've been trying to clean up my custom script code for our estimate/sales/invoice forms, and in doing so trying to purge some unused functions.

There's an issue though.

When I created these, I was able to specify which functions to run after a field was changed/updated or when the page was loaded, or when a line item was added/changed. This was available on the form itself when the form was in edit mode. I can no longer find the option on forms (as administrator role), only specify the script name.

Howdy, Stranger!
