"Override Existing User's Settings" field not saving when publishing a dashboard

When trying to publish a dashboard, the Override Existing User's Settings field clears itself upon savings.
I have tested this with multiple roles and centers, and have created new roles strictly for testing this, but cannot get this field to save with any combination of settings.
