Vendor not found on the A/P transaction Summary report

I have these two vendor codes: SUP001065 and SUP002991 same company name

SUP001065 is already inactive.

but if we generate a report from AP Transaction Summary, filter by vendor (line), and search for SUP002991, it is not found on

If we use the SUP001065 it will appear even if it is already inactive on the vendor master list.

I tried on the sandbox environment to merge the duplicate issues, but the result is the same: we can't find the SUP002991 even it's already merged.
