Cross Subsidiary Customer Payment

I have an Invoice in USD for the subsidiary A. However, I received the payment against the invoice in my INR bank account in subsidiary B. How can I apply the customer receipt in INR bank account of subsidiary B to the USD invoice of subsidiary A?
