The system did not record a value of pre-payment in Deposit document
in my site, we have a colleague, this user in the same role with me. She creates a new deposit document, she select a prepayment. After she select and save, the system does not record the 2 payments. The Payments tab in document shows 0.00
FYI
1. She set "set preference" like me
2. I and she use with the same role. It not affect every user in this role. It affect only one user.
Please see the Payments in the Bottom left corner. Please advise me
PS. I create a support case since NOV 19, 2025 but still don't have feedback yet.
