Walmart Connector Category Mappings

Now that I've logged in looking for help with Walmart, I see I missed two "Action Required" notices that are now closed. My first question is how do I sign up to actually get notified of these things?

Second, more important question, is that these notices have a broken link. They say there is a Suite Answer ID 1021218 called Changes to Walmart Marketplace API, but that doesn't seem to exist.
