How do I add Latitude and Longitude fields to the address subtab in the customer record?
I apologize for the potentially silly question, but I have searched all over and can't seem to find the answer.
We are implementing AvaTax into NetSuite to handle our Sale Tax, and we have some very remote customers in the oil and gas industry that don't have a regular address. This came up in a call recently when we were viewing the Avalara rep's screen. They were sharing their screen and were on the address tab in a customer record. Theirs showed the longitude and latitude fields, but our instance does not. Are these fields native to NetSuite? Are they custom fields? Do they require a specific module?
