WMS Wave issues, how does this work?
Hi all,
We've recently launched WMS and I'm very lost on what Waves are doing to my inventory.
For example, I have Sales Orders that are getting released to waves multiple times, when this happens it releases the quantity of items twice and if I try to edit the Sales Order in any way I get a Notice error saying this can't be done because the quantity of 1 does not match what has been released for the warehouse.
The other issue is that some orders if they get released appear to take the available inventory?
I have an order that I can't fulfill because it's been released to the warehouse and if I try to fulfill it manually the bin/inventory doesn't appear for selection in the inventory detail of the item fulfillment.
