Can't approve Smart Count as particular role, only as Admin.

Hi all,

I have the Lapwing - WMS Warehouse Manager role set up with permissions outlined by this guide including a number more.

However, when logged in as this role and attempting to approve a smart count, I get a loading icon that goes round indefinitely and the page never updates.

If I attempt the same process as an Admin I have no issue. I can only assume this is a permission issue but I'm really not sure what permission I'm missing if so. The role is also added to the Smart Count script permissions.
