Case header name - replace customer id with company name

Is there a way to make the Case header name to pick up the Company Name ie without the numbering instead of Company which effectively is the Customer id
Company Name is the custom field . Company field cannot be removed in the case form. in the screenshot we want the case form to show: 29 Bikehangar 1317 - Locking Issue 1Test instead of 29 Bikehangar 1317 - Locking Issue 30986 1Test
