Income Statement Showing Locations With No Transactions

Hi everyone,
I noticed something on the Income Statement and would like to ask for clarification.

When I filter the Income Statement by Location, some locations still appear in the report even though there are no transactions for those locations. They show up with 0 values.

Why does NetSuite display locations with no transaction data in the Income Statement?
Is there a way to hide these zero-amount locations?
