NetSuite MRP and random Initialization stalls

Good morning NS Community! We began experiencing a random stalling behavior with our nightly MRP run the morning of November 6th. This new behavior occurred after a routine NS maintenance event on Nov 5th ("Successful Database - ATP to ATP Move CSM"). The stall can last from 7 to 12 hours, eventually completing successfully across all our plants. I have been communicated this new behavior to NS Support but have only received their acknowledgement of my Case updates.

Has anyone else experienced this behavior and if so, how was it addressed?
