Custom field locked and not part of bundle

I have a custom field named custitem_atlas_item_image installed by a NetSuite consultant. The field is lock and not part of a bundle. SuiteCommerce is not installed. How do I edit this item? I've seen other posts where this custom item field is applied to assembly items which I'm trying to do.
