Rebate Calculation net of Discount

Hi Experts,

My customer is using trade promotions feature and would like to use rebate management SuiteApp as well.

Question is, does the rebate management SuiteAapp calculate rebates net of trade promotion discounts or even regular discounts?

As per my observation, rebates are calculated per line in transaction hence it does not include discounts either on line or header of the transaction.

Would appreciate if you can give more thoughts on this
