Setting Up Single Sign-on for NetSuite, permissions

We are trying to enable the SAML single Sign-on feature. We have completed all the required setup of Enabling the feature and creating the role for the Admin to complete the set up. But I am having no luck how to finish the set up for non Admin users. Is there a certain permission that needs added to roles? Do you I need to just select the Single sign on only under authentication? Is there something that needs to be done on web browsers for it to work? we utilize both Edge and Chrome. It just seems the only
