Agent commission setup

Hello,

We have a requirement to set up agent commission in NetSuite. On a high level, when we get Customer Invoice for $100, 80% will be recorded as Revenue and 20% will be agent commission (Cost of Sales).

We do not have SFA module as part of our NetSuite setup.

Anyone has similar setup done within Financial Management, would appreciate thoughts/ideas.
