Shipping Label Error - Phone Number - VRMA

I saw this thread, but it's a slightly different problem:


We do have a phone number set up in our location and on the VRMA/Fulfilment itself and we are still getting that error. We've done VRMA before and there has not been an issue. The last one was done successfully on 11/4, so it s a very recent problem.
