Question on Planning Workbench and Item showing Negative On Hand

We have recently started utilizing the Planning workbench. We have an item that does not have any future demand, however the planning workbench is showing Negative On hand. How can we resolve this? The Negative Inventory Balance is not showing this item. We are having issues trying to triangulate and solve this to move this item off the supply planning workbench as its not real future demand
